Who am I?

• A Mover. I moved around the Midwest during my first 30 years, then spent time in Seattle before relocating to Northeast Florida to be near my family. Moving so many times taught me that you find your home in a house, but also in a community. 
  • I once had a client fall in love with a house that was perfect, except it didn’t have the walkable community she’d hoped for. I said, “Trust me, we can find this house in a walkable neighborhood.” And two weeks later, yes, we did! It’s all about making the right move.  

• A Homebody. My home is my refuge. It’s where I unwind after busy days & evenings. I want you to feel that way too – every time you come home. 
  • I had a client who loved historic homes but was worried they wouldn’t be able to keep up with the maintenance. I found them a newly renovated historic home where the vintage charm had been preserved. They love coming home every day!

• A People Person. Outside of work and family, I have fun with community theatre, appearing in plays, staged readings and storytelling events. It’s the ultimate people person activity! 
  • When people hear that I'm “a people person,” sometimes they think: “Oh, I won’t be able to get a word in!” Not a chance. I love making people feel at home, and that means listening well and responding quickly.
